Patchouli's strategy is a simple one, and one that a wizard is actually less likely to fall for.

She finds the target. She calls them over, pretending to cough and have a hoarse voice. Because they'd need to be closer to hear, right? Well she's laid a trap. A Water spell, made into a seal and made invisible, is on the ground along their path. The moment they step on it, they're soaked in a cascade of water, and Patchy high-tails it out of there before they realize what's going on.

Basically, would Neville fall for that?

Sure! Non-magic pranks are likely to get him, since most of his experience is the Weasley twins.

Ha, well when Psii sees it's more or less just a kid he's dealing with and one he doesn't know at that, he'll probably just keep it pretty mild. Like giving him a 'cream' pie that's really shaving cream, or use the ol' farting bag.

Hahaha well Zidane is a thief/actor and pretty mischievous so most of his pranks would be involving some sort of lying like telling him there's something horrible happening and, IDK - dunking water on him. He wouldn't be too malicious, though - he barely knows Neville and I doubt he'll want to do a prank that would be extremely nasty and hurtful.
